Commercial invoicing on Free

Free includes ten commercial invoices per calendar month (UTC), separately from its five quote sends. For example, quoting and then invoicing a sale uses one quote send and one document. A draft does not consume an issuance.

In Mexico and Spain, the commercial option is a clearly labeled pro forma. It has a PDF and a public link, but it does not replace a tax invoice and does not produce fiscal XML. Other supported markets use commercial invoices, without promising local tax-authority integration.

On the eleventh issuance you can wait for the next month or upgrade. Existing documents remain available for downloads and payments; resending or downloading them does not use another document. Payment processing still has its own fees and availability requirements.

From Starter, commercial invoices are unlimited and tax-compliant invoices are added where Cord supports them: 30/month on Starter, 200 on Professional, 500 on Scale and 1,000 on Developer. Each type has its own allowance. Spanish fiscal activation and integrated validation remain pending; a paid plan does not enable an unavailable integration.

Failed confirmed attempts release their reservation. If an issuance result is uncertain, Cord keeps the reservation for review instead of issuing again. Upgrading does not convert an existing pro forma into a CFDI; an existing fiscal document is not converted into a commercial one on downgrade.
